Jay Earl BarnsonThe 49-year-old from Rock Springs was arrested on May 14 for alleged household battery.
Tobin Lee
Tobin LeeThe 62-year-old from Vernal, Utah, was arrested on May 14 for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
SWEETWATER COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE:
Victor Joel Hernandez
Victor Joel HernandezThe 25-year-old from Rock Springs was arrested on May 14 for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. This was the second crime in 10 years.
Troy Donald Hall
Troy Donald HallThe 40-year-old from Rock Springs was arrested on May 14 on a REACT arrest for allegedly driving with a driver’s license that was canceled, suspended or revoked for May 31, 29 or May 31, 233.
Serenity Shy Ann Lowrey
Serenity Shy Ann LowreyThe 22-year-old from Rock Springs was arrested on May 14 for alleged shoplifting and covering up the first crime.
Ricky Carr Bennett
Ricky Carr BennettThe 56-year-old from Rock Springs was arrested on May 14 for alleged drinking under the influence. This was the second crime in 10 years.
Amber Rene Hemsley
Amber Rene HemsleyThe 27-year-old from Green River was arrested on May 14 for alleged drinking under the influence.
WYOMING HIGHWAY PATROL:
Igor KashulThe 35-year-old from Portland, Oregon was arrested on May 14 for alleged possession of a controlled substance in plant form (less than 3 ounces).
