The new, fully redundant monitoring center is 5.121 Square meters on the third floor of a three-story building that can accommodate 28 active surveillance specialists at the same time. “This state-of-the-art facility adds another level of redundancy to customers and ensures continuous availability and service for the people who depend on AG for their safety and protection. The new center also helps to ease the phenomenal growth of the AG experience.
The manager of the new center, Ammon Davis, has been with AvantGuard since then July 2013who serve in a variety of roles – operator, trainer, dealer service account manager, and training and quality manager. “We are very happy to be here in Cedar City and felt welcomed by the community.
