(UPDATE 7.43pm) – Police say the scene is still active and that they have had multiple negotiations with the suspect, but he remains barricaded inside.
Police say it is not safe for people in the area to get outside their homes as the suspect shot the police.
Domestic violence is a situation between a father and a son.
(KUTV) – A barricaded suspect shot at a police SWAT team in Taylorsville, according to the Unified Police Department.
Police say this was due to a domestic violence incident and the scene is active.
The media stage Dr. near 5350 S. Queenswood but it is not clear exactly where the suspect is barricaded.
