Blake Lewis
Blake Lewis, 77, of Mountainburg, died at his home on Friday, December 3, 2021. He was born on December 6, 1943 in Ogden, Utah. He was a retired sea captain, member of a boating club, and was fond of jeeps.
In death his father, Melvin Lewis, preceded him; and two sisters, Bonnie Bruhns and Suzanne Lewis.
He is survived by his mother, Alifair “Allie” Lewis from Mountainburg; a sister, Becky Tufts from Rogers; and a brother, Tom Lewis from Mountainburg.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 15 at 2 p.m. in Alma City Cemetery under the direction of the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers become family members.
