Our beloved Carol Ann Goldsberry passed away at the age of 90 on December 16th, 2022 in Orem, UT.

Carol was born January 6th, 1932 in Nampa, Idaho to Moroni Allen and Mary Leota Hansen. After graduating from Boise High School, she met Richard William Goldsberry. The two fell in love and were quickly engaged. They were married on May 1, 1953 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Together they would live in Boise, ID; Vancouver, WA; Sacramento, CA; Livermore, CA; and Sandpoint, ID. In 1985 Richard died, and Carol moved to Redlands, CA to be with her mom and sister. In 1991 she moved to Provo, UT where she worked as a loan officer at UCCU until her retirement. Carol was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Among her many callings, she served as choir director, ward organist, and Relief Society President. She found much joy in her family, in music, service, cooking, and gardening. Her greatest loves in life were her children, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; her son Erik and his wife Debbie; her sister Colleen Pyne and her husband Ernie Pyne; her half-siblings were Lorin Broadbent Allen, Walter Steele, George Steele, Herbert Steele, Jeaneva Steele, and Rex Steele. She is survived by her five remaining sons Rick (Diane), Greg, Mark (Joy), Brian (Cristy), and Jason; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of strength and love, and will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
