A third suspect, Yesenia Amador, 40, is charged with:

  • Transfer of a firearm by a person with restricted Class II, a third degree crime
  • Incorrect personal information, a Class A misdemeanor
  • Controlled substance plan III, IV, V, a class A offense.
  • Operating the vehicle without a license and registration is a class C offense.

Barrera’s testimony states that he was the passenger and owner of a vehicle that was stopped for lack of signaling.
