For ease of use, Salt Lake City’s new airport is the worst

(Rick Bowmer | AP) Travelers move through Salt Lake City International Airport in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

I’ve been skiing in Utah for 40 years now. Defied the crowds on a trip this weekend. However, it will be the last ski vacation for me and my companions.

We want to know who created a shopping center at the airport? We walked over a full hour today to get from the car rental company to Gate B30. Any family or person in need of help is unlucky; it takes at least three hours to catch their flight.

It’s a pathetic joke, considered the worst airport I’ve ever been to for ease of use.

The ADA needs to sue the city as soon as possible.

Baggage claim? Another sick joke after climbing and descending escalators for miles. Car rental on the second floor? Another stupid placement.

It is as if it was designed to bring the traveler’s worst day of life.

The state rip-off for car rental? Last time I paid for it. Enjoy your new California as I return to mine.
