We take a look at ongoing projects in the Granary District along 700 South as well as the 13 acre accumulation to the north – the Post District – which is slowly taking shape on 500 South.

Despite serious urban dysfunctions – due to billboard rights, highways and outdated zoning – the dynamism of the area is undeniably impressive.

Here is our update – in pictures.

At 500 W, the industry is actually active – a large food + beverage company, office tenants who are attracting food trucks, and of course construction workers. These shots range between 700 S and 600 S, which is an exit for I-15. Photos by Luke Garrott.
