SALZSEE-CITY (KUTV) –
Sheriff’s deputies need help this week locate family members of a 79-year-old man who was found dead in an RV near Flaming Gorge this week.
The man has been identified as Ronnie Baze Sumner. Sumner’s body was likely to have been in the trailer for months, investigators said, and the death didn’t seem suspicious.
Sumner’s remains were discovered in the RV near the Anvil Draw area by an unidentified person who notified authorities.
“… during the course of the investigation, the sheriff’s detectives learned that Sumner lived a lonely life and were unable to identify his next of kin,” said the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office.
Representatives say Sumner is from Las Vegas and has lived in Casper, Wyo., And Manila and Green River, Utah.
