OGDEN, Utah, July 10, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) – A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday in Ogden and charged with fornication, intoxication, and “walking on a street” after police said he was shirtless on the Washington Boulevard gone, with his “pants to the ankles”.
The man faces these three misdemeanor charges after he was arrested by an Ogden Police officer on Friday afternoon.

The suspect was arrested and examined on the spot by medical personnel.
“I spoke to the complainant who informed me that he had heard from a tenant in the hotel that (the suspect) had a lot of spice. (The suspect) was sweating profusely, screamed uncontrollably and couldn’t keep still. “
After clearance by medical staff, the man was taken to Weber County Jail, where he was posted.
The deposit was set at $ 1,010. The suspect was in custody until Saturday afternoon.
