Jamie Burke, 59 years old, of Russellville, died at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center on March 30, 2021. He was born on March 3, 1962 in Vernal, Utah, to Darius Boyd and Margie Carol Bonser Burke.
He was a United States Air Force veteran. He spent two years in Bolivia serving on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved to cook, joke and hang out with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father; and brother Kevin Burke.
Survivors are his 34-year-old wife, Veralynn Burke; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Matthew and Lillian Burke, Jordan Burke and Dawson Burke; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ashley and Gorge Soliz and Mikayla and Dillon Barnhouse; his mother; two brothers, Todd Burke and Michael Burke; and six grandchildren and two on the way.
A service will be announced at a later date and arrangements will be made under the direction of the Shinn Funeral Service in Russellville.
In memory of Jamie Burke, monuments can be placed on the shelter at the donor’s choice.
