Overtime PAT lifts No. 7 Lehi over No. 10 Wasatch

SALT LAKE CITY – The No. 7 Lehi Pioneers defeated the No. 10 Wasatch Wasps with a touchdown and made PAT in overtime.

No. 10 Wasatch 34 @ No. 7 Lehi 35

The Wasps took a 14-0 lead before Lehi scored 21 unanswered. Wasatch finally took the lead by 28:21 in the fourth quarter. Lehi had the ball just under two minutes from the end and entered the red zone. Carson Gonzalez ran in a touchdown and the game was tied with 59 seconds to go. After the game went to OT, Villa ran on touchdown to give the Wasps the lead by just six after the PAT was blocked. When Lehi got the ball, Brousseau threw a TD pass at Jaxon Christensen and after the PAT the Pioneers won the game.

Lehi will fight # 2 Timpview on Friday November 5th at 6pm MDT.

No. 17 Alta 7 @ No. 1 Springville 41

The # 1 Springville Red Devils used a big first half to get past the # 17 Alta Hawks at 41-7. Red Devils quarterback Ryder Burton threw four touchdowns in the game. Springville’s Seth Rigtrup made three touchdowns in the game. Bradey Mortensen added two touchdown catches for the Red Devils.

Springville meets No. 8 timpanogos.

No. 24 Box Elder 29 @ No. 8 Timpanogos 31

Timpanogos Timberwolves # 8 snuck past Box Elder Bees # 24 at the last minute after a comeback. The Timberwolves hit a green field goal five seconds behind in the game to take a two-point lead and take the game. Timberwolves quarterback Chase Riggs threw three touchdown passes in the game.

Timpanogos will battle the number 1 in Springville on Friday, November 5th at 6pm MDT.

# 20 Park City 20 @ # 4 Generous 38

The # 4 Bountiful Redhawks flew past the # 20 Park City Miners on Friday evening, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bountifuls Drew Bowles ran for two touchdowns in the Redhawks win. Bowles also returned a Park City interception for a touchdown.

Bountiful will be MDT with No. 21 Orem compete.

No. 21 Orem 28 @ No. 5 Provo 14

The No. 21 Orem Tigers defeated the No. 5 Provo Bulldogs on Friday evening, 28-14. Mack Hixson led the Tigers with two dazzling touchdowns. Provos Jace Welsch also ran for two points in the Bulldogs defeat.

Orem will be MDT against No. 4 line up bountiful.

No. 15 Bonneville 15 @ No. 2 Timpview 42

The No. 2 Timpview Thunderbirds blew up the No. 15 Bonneville Lakers, 42-15. T-Birds quarterback Liu Aumavae threw three touchdown passes in the game.

Timpview will meet No. 7 Lehi.

No. 14 Olympus 20 @ No. 3 Stansbury 26

The Titans led 20:14 in the half before Stansbury knocked them out in the second half. Ezra Harris made three touchdowns, two passes and a rushing. He allied with Kaden Skousen and Dylan Hamilton. Hamilton also had a 98 yard kick return for a touchdown.

Stansbury will be MDT with No. 22 East.

No. 22 East 38 @ No. 6 Spanish fork 20

The No. 22 Eastern Leopards anger the No. 6 Spanish Fork Dons, 38-20. East won the victory due to a major attack. Leopard’s running back Amini Amone ran five touchdowns during the game. Spanish Forks’ Cade Olsen scored two touchdowns on two kickoff returns.

East will play MDT against No. 3 line up at Stansbury.
