Philemon “Phil” Hardas, age 85, of Collinsville, IL, born on November 30, 1936, in Taylorville, IL, died on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.
Phil was a United States Army Veteran serving in the 101st Airborne and worked as a mixer for Hostess Baking Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maizie Elizabeth, nee Charles Provo and Philemon Angot Hardas; and his sisters, Barbara and Connie.
Phil is survived by his wife, Belen, nee Penafiel Hardas; his daughter, Blenda Mae Hardas; and his sisters, Linda Darlene and Peggy.
Per Phil’s wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held.
