Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for:
Sublette County School District # 1 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, which is now being considered by the Board of Trustees of Sublette County School District # 1, will be held in Pinedale, Wyoming on the 21st day of July, 2021 at Seven-thirty o’clock p.m. (7:30), at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.
In addition to the mandatory school levies, set by statue, the Board of Trustees will consider the levying of ½ (.5) mill for the Sublette B.O.C.E.S. as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a). This mill rate was in effect during the 2020-2021 fiscal year and does not represent an increase in the tax rate for the ensuing 2021-2022 fiscal year. The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of one (1) mill for the purpose of recreational expenditures as permitted under Wyoming Statute 18-9-201. This mill was in effect during the 2020-2021 fiscal year and does not represent an increase for the ensuing 2021-2022 fiscal year.
The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of 0.137 mill for the Region V B.O.C.E.S. as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a). During the 2020-2021 fiscal year the Board of Trustees levied 0.126 mill. This represents an increase of $0.31 on a resident with a market value of $300,000 for the ensuing 2021-2022 fiscal year.
The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of 0.164 mill for the Hot Springs Early Childhood B.O.C.E.S. as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a). This mill rate was in effect during the 2020-2021 fiscal year and does not represent an increase in the tax rate for the ensusing 2021-2022 fiscal year.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for:
Joint Powers Board for Pinedale Aquatic Center for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, which is now being considered by the Joint Powers Board for Pinedale Aquatic Center will be held in Pinedale, Wyoming on the 13t h day of July, 2021 at six o’clock p.m. (6:00), at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.
Notice, no taxes will be levied by the Joint Powers Board for the Pinedale Aquatic Center.
The hearing will be held in the Pinedale Aquatic Center building located at
535 North Tyler Ave., Pinedale, Wyoming.
