SWEETWATER COUNTY, Wyo – Investigators from the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office hope someone can help them identify family members of a man who was found dead in an RV near Flaming Gorge Reservoir earlier this week.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, a concerned citizen found the body of 79-year-old Ronnie Baze Sumner in a motor home near the Anvil Draw area.
Sumner is believed to have died months ago, and his death is not suspect.
“In the course of the investigation, however, the sheriff’s detectives learned that Sumner led a lonely life and they were unable to identify any of his family members,” said a press release from the sheriff’s office.
Sumner was born in Las Vegas and has lived in Casper, Wyo., Manila, UT and Green River, UT.
Anyone with information that could help detectives get in touch with Sumner’s relatives is urged to contact Det. Sutton at 307-922-5343.
