WEST JORDAN, UTAH—Seneca Don Shaw, born April 25, 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah, received into heaven May 2022. Beloved Son, Grandson, Nephew, Father. Seneca touched the hearts of all who met him, a blessing to family and friends, deeply caring and loyal, a gentle soul is how he will be remembered. He loved family time and gathering to enjoy a chill backyard barbecue and to play pool with friends, or gathering with friends and family for a Utes game and he also had a great love of camping, fishing and boating, he loved a fast car. Seneca was a skilled craftsman and carpenter, and he had the ability to be proud of himself with his accomplishments. He was artistic since childhood and he loved music.

Rest peacefully beloved Seneca, you are loved and missed.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Calver (John), Grandmother Joan Trujillo, his daughters Lwaxana and Leycia, his special Aunts Sheron Walker, Colleen Einerson, Robin Carpenter, and his special cousin Shane Trujillo, as well as many cousins, Aunts and Uncles both on his Trujillo family side and his Shaw family side.

Seneca was preceded in death by his father William Don Shaw (deceased 1978), his infant daughter Lexi Dawn (deceased 2002) his grandfather Patrick Trujillo (deceased 2021) his Grandpa and Grandma Shaw and many of his Shaw family members.

Family services will be held at Memorial Lake Hills 10055 S State Street Sandy, UT 84070.

A celebration of life for friends and family to gather and celebrate Seneca will be held on Saturday, June 4th 7:00 to 10:00 PM in Salt Lake City, UT.
