Managed Print Services offers a solution to these problems. The Managed Print Services machines, clearly marked with the “RedPrint” logo, are available to students, lecturers and employees of the University of Utah. With a UCard and a few taps of your finger on a screen, you can print your order and get started right away.
This is how it works:
It’s that simple. RedPrint devices have been installed across campus and the Managed Print Services team is planning to install more.

IT solutions and network security become easier to maintain when they are managed over a centralized network. Managed Print Services works with university IT professionals to provide access to this secure printing network to anyone on campus who requests it.
