Unitek Learning is proud to announce a new addition to its leadership team. In April, Jamie Holcomb joined Unitek as Vice President of Faculty Development and New Student Experience.
“I am very excited to announce a new leadership position that will support our ongoing efforts to improve academic success,” said Dr. Abdel Yosef, Provost and Chief Academics Officer at Unitek Learning. “We are so proud of our outstanding leaders who are incredibly dedicated and working around the clock to support the talented faculties and employees at all Unitek locations. Jamie Holcomb will be a fantastic addition to our team. “
Jamie has over 20 years of experience in education. She also served as Vice President and Dean. For the past several years she has been Associate Dean of Faculty for First Year Experience at Southern New Hampshire University. She later was Associate Dean of Education and First Year Experience. During that time, she directed and supported a diverse faculty population through professional development initiatives. Jamie also worked with a variety of departments to ensure that both faculty and students were given full support in their efforts to succeed. In addition, she identified issues that required intervention from curriculum and instruction, faculty management, or support resources.
