CASPER, Wyoming – With 2 to 20 inches of snowfall expected in northwest Wyoming on Saturday, Yellowstone National Park announced that most park roads and entrances will close at 7:00 p.m.

With one exception, all streets and the West, South and East entrances will be closed due to the weather.

“The exception is the road from north to northeast, which remains open when the weather is nice,” YNP said on social media.

According to the National Weather Service, 6 to 20 inches of snow is possible along the southern and eastern access roads by Sunday morning.
