Carolyn Gene Pingree Wilson – St George News

March 22, 1931 – July 15, 2022

Carolyn Wilson, 91, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great-grandmother passed away peacefully on July 15, 2022.

Carolyn was born on March 22, 1931, in Ogden, Utah, to Dale and Gladys Pingree. She was raised in Logan, Utah, and graduated from Logan High School in 1948. She attended Utah State University where she joined the Chi Omega Sorority and was a member of the Sponsor Corps.

Carolyn married her sweetheart, Brice Neff Wilson, on Feb. 24, 1951, in Logan, Utah. They were later sealed in the Logan Utah Temple. Carolyn and Brice were married for 71 years, traveled the world together and served three missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband Dr. Brice N Wilson, her four children Cynthia (Duane) Tanner, Kathleen (Steven) Anderson, Brice (Christie) Wilson, and Vance (Angie) Wilson; 24 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother and one granddaughter.

Services will be Saturday, July 23, 10 am at the Saratoga Springs Stake Center, 587 S Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to the service 9-9:45 am

Interment will be at the Midway City Cemetery, 600 W 500 S, Midway, Utah.
