OGDEN – A 66-year-old cyclist died after getting into the side of a trailer truck Friday night, Ogden police said.
At around 7:50 p.m., the cyclist was in the middle lane around the 1400 block on Wall Avenue next to a semi-trailer truck heading south. The truck was in the inside lane and when it passed, the cyclist turned into it, the Ogden police said.
According to Ogden police, the man was pushed off his bike and died on the scene. The 64-year-old truck driver was not injured.
The identities of the two men were not immediately disclosed.
