Keith F. Chapman
1944-2021
Keith F. Chapman died suddenly on May 12, 2021 at the age of 76 at his home in Madora Bay, Western Australia. Keith and his wife Karen lived in Provo and Madora Bay, Australia as dual citizens. He is survived by his wife Karen, sister Trish O’Neil, and children Paul, Mark, Peter, Adam, Sarah, and David, and stepchildren Michelle Reittinger, Julienne Vance, Susanne Espinosa, Annette Walker, Kathryn Baughman, David Baughman, and Russell Baughman, Reid Baughman, Douglas Baughman, and Jody Kae Nelson. He is buried in Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia. Funeral Services will be broadcast in Provo via video link on Monday, May 31st at 10 a.m. in the Foothill Ward Building, 345 E. 4525 N. Provo.
