Police are looking for missing Utah teen believed to be at risk

UINTAH COUNTY, Utah – The Uintah County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in locating a missing 19-year-old who is considered at risk.

Max Stubbs has been missing since May 21. He was last seen in Jensen (about 13 miles east of Vernal) driving a silver 2000 Chevrolet Silverado with Utah registration U22 4JY.

Neither Stubbs nor his vehicle have been seen since Friday.

According to the police, Stubbs is six feet tall, has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Stubbs is urged to contact the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office at 435-789-2511 or Central Dispatch at 435-789-4222.

The sheriff’s office issued an update Sunday that Stubbs has still not been found. Air resources have been brought to search areas in Uintah County by helicopters and planes.

They also discovered that they had been provided with the photo of the truck; it still hasn’t been found.
