MT. PLEASANT — Jake East poured in 30 points for Ben Lomond High boys basketball but North Sanpete won a decisive fourth quarterr 18-8 to take the victory in a non-region game, winning 65-54 on Wednesday night.
East scored 12 points in the third quarter alone and shot 8 of 11 at the foul line for Ben Lomond (2-16). Jaxon Watson added 10 points.
Ben Lomond next hits the court on Monday, Feb. 6, at Morgan, before returning home on Wednesday, Feb. 8, to host rival Ogden.
