PROVO, Utah and SEATTLE, August 20, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Qualtrics (NASDAQ: XM), the leader and creator of the Experience Management (XM) category, announced today that on August 19, 2021 it granted 34 Usermind employees 359,435 Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”) that came to Qualtrics as a result of the acquisition of Usermind, Inc., which ended on. was completed July 20, 2021.

Usermind is a next generation experience orchestration platform. Their technology powers the Qualtrics XM Directory, the largest database of human sentiments, by bringing in contextual data from any source to create richer customer profiles that include every customer interaction with a brand and all of the feedback they have given over time , contain. The RSUs were granted as an incentive to employment under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635 (c) (4). The RSUs vest over a period of four years, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remainder in 12 equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to continued employment with Qualtrics or a Qualtrics affiliate. The grants are subject to the terms of the Qualtrics International Inc. Inducement Equity Plan 2021.
