The One Club’s Young Ones Student Awards honor schools and students in 23 countries

Schools and students in 23 countries were honored today (6/8) at the Global Young Ones Student Awards 2021, with Brigham Young University Provo named School of the Year, as announced by The One Club for Creativity during global online Creative Week Announced in 2021.

The Young Ones Student Awards are one of the world’s most critically acclaimed competitions for students in advertising, digital communication and design and include three different awards: Young Ones ADC Student Awards, which offer students the chance to earn an ADC Cube by compete in the same disciplines and categories as the ADC Annual Awards; Young Ones Letter Contest, where a team of college students are hired to create client work with a chance to earn a One Show Pencil; and Young Ones Portfolio competition, where students submit 6-15 papers and are rated by industry experts.

The award ceremony ended with Brigham Young University Provo being named Young Ones 2021 School of the Year based on accumulated points for all awards a school won in this year’s competition.

The Young Ones Education Festival is celebrated annually during The One Club’s Creative Week with the aim of inspiring and nurturing the next generation of advertising professionals. Events during the festival provide students and graduates with an invaluable opportunity to network with top agencies, get feedback on their portfolios, experience the best work in the industry, and more.
