After discovering Seeking Good Food on Instagram, Deena knew she had to meet Courtney Otis, a foodie who supports local restaurants. Otis started looking for good food just before COVID became known as a creative outlet, but also loves meeting new people and restaurant owners. She even made so many friends along the way!
The first restaurant she recommends is The Grove Deli in Salt Lake City, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary. She brought a couple of different sandwiches, one of which is the main seven meat sandwich weighing over two pounds! The others were a little lighter and didn’t have that much meat.
