The derby takes place in Lucerne valley Marion. A barbecue will follow on Sunday 27th at 1:00 p.m. at The Hub. The prizes will be distributed during the barbecue evening. Grilling is included in the fishing derby.
Cash prizes for 4 different types: Lake trout, Kokanee salmon, trout * and carp
- Cash prize for first place $ 1000 per species of fish
- Cash prize for second place $ 500 per species of fish
- Cash prize for third place $ 250 per species of fish

*Trout includes: browns, rainbows, and cutthroat. There is a price and all 3 species of fish can be included in the category. Lake Trout Pups will be a single day total weight category only. See rule # 22 for details.
2021 will have a Greenwing youth category under the age of 17.
The exception is that if you report a fish in the regular category, you are only allowed for one or the other category, not for both categories.
