Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions are a three-piece band ready to take the audience on an exciting journey through music. The band, which has mastered the art of classic rock and authentic blues in an era of highly automatically tuned pop music, is characterized by its striking originality.

Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions tell stories of love, heartbreak, relationships, loss and the accompanying mental struggles of such emotions and create compositions that transcend the boundaries of known genres. This is made possible by the band’s connection to their roots, which gives their lyrics richness and their performances a special touch.

Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions release their first album “Destiny Road” after the release of their audition “Destiny Road – Rough Cuts”. Although the album itself has been in the works for a decade, the band believe the time is right for the world to experience the work they originally planned to release in the summer of 1995 on Jefferson Airplane’s old 2 ”16 track machine. Although the original plan never materialized as the band fought personal battles, the tracks that make up ‘Destiny Road’ remain the same as when the band was first created ten years ago. However, in order to stay true to the times and changes, Emotions decided to release the prelude to remind things the way they were.

Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions are currently booking concerts and performing throughout the greater Salt Lake City area, including Park City, Utah, with their second album, Never Give Up, due out in winter 2021.
