6 a second round (game 2)

Pleasant Grove 10, Westlake 2

Jordan Pace had an RBI, one double and one triple win while Kyler Lester took the win on the hill when Pleasant Grove beat Westlake 2-0 in the 6A series of the second round.

Skyridge 3, Fremont 2

Skyridge scored a run in the bottom of eighth place to defeat Fremont in Game 2 of the second round of the 6A series. McKade Sampson had an RBI, doubled up and took victory on the hill for the Falcons.

Lone Peak 10, Weber 0

Chris Billings hit six strikeouts and Brock Packer was 3-on-3 off the plate with three RBIs when Lone Peak defeated Weber.

Jordan 10, Northridge 5

Drew Tobler left with a 3-4 double and Tyler Fitch had an RBI and won on the hill when Jordan took the series win over Northridge in the 6A playoffs.

Layton 1, Davis 0

Cameron Hancock earned the shutout on the hill for Layton as he completed the tackle against local rival Davis for the 6A second-round win.

Riverton 10, Taaylorsville 1

Zach Edwards had three RBIs and won on the hill when Riverton defeated Taylorsville in the 6A playoffs.

Bingham 11, West Jordan 2

Jonny Hatch had four RBIs and two doubles while Maddax Peck took victory on the hill when Bingham beat West Jordan.

American Fork 12, Corner Canyon 0

Josh Rojas scored a home run with four RBIs and Dax Watts allowed only two hits and took the win on the hill to help American Fork knock out Corner Canyon and take the 2-0 win in the second round of 6A.

6 a second round (game 3)

Skyridge 9, Fremont 0

Tyler Ball had two RBIs and a double when Skyridge beat Fremont for the second time on Friday to return to a 2-1 win in the second round of the 6A Series.

5 a third round (game 2)

Olympus 8, Wasatch 0

The Titans scored eight runs with 12 hits to complete Wasatch’s two-game sweep in the third round of 5A. Zack Goodrich came home and drove in two runs while Josh VandenAkker took the win on the hill.

Mountain Ridge 4, Farmington 0

The Sentinels prevailed in Game 2 to force a third game in the 5A series of the third round.

Skyline 6, Woods Cross 1

Aidan Boice amassed nine hits to lead Skyline in defeating Woods Cross and forcing Game 3 to be played on Saturday.

Orem 4, Cottonwood 0

Dan Hermansen tossed Orem to victory when the Tigers finished Cottonwood’s angry sweep of taller seed in the third round of 5A. Tanner Finch did two runs to guide Orem on the plate.

Timpanogos 6, Provo 0

Billy Bird recorded the win and Trevor Herrick hit two doubles in the Timpanogos win over Provo to complete the two-game sweep in the 5A series of the third round.

Maple Mountain 4, Bountiful 2

Maple Mountain scored three runs in the second inning and pitcher Cooper Littledike made sure he kept up with a great performance on the hill as the Eagles completed Bountiful’s two-game sweep in the third round. =

Spanish fork 2, Murray 1

Bridger Hall took the win when Spanish Fork defeated Murray to force a crucial Game 3.

Salem Hills 10, Brighton 4

Grant Howard had seven hits when he took the win, and Nolan Miller and Zaylun Fenn each recorded three RBIs for Salem Hills as they beat Brighton 2-0 in the third round.

5 a third round (game 3)

Spanish fork 8, Murray 1

Easton Romero had four RBIs and a home run when Spanish Fork won the last game of the series against Murray in the third round of the 5A.

Farmington 10, Mountain Ridge 5

Farmington regrouped after losing Game 2 to retire to win Game 3 and advance to the championship rounds next week.

4A Championship (Game 1)

Snow canyon 3, mountain ridge 1

Carston Herman threw the win and had seven strikeouts to lead Snow Canyon in the playoff win.
