Lori Christine Donaldson of Ogden, Utah was called home on June 6, 2022.
Her joyous spirit graced this world in October 1953, in Ogden, Utah as the daughter of Alma “RIP” and Bette Leavitt.
She was married in August 1973 to Daniel Thomas Donaldson. They were sealed together as a family on June 4, 1985 in the Washington DC temple.
Throughout her life she lived in Utah, Michigan, Mexico, and Washington. She was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Her faith was an important and guiding influence in her life. Her love of family and the gospel will be remembered by all who knew her.
Lori was the second of four siblings, Kim Leavitt, Jef Leavitt, and Cindee Jessop.
Lori was preceded in death by her husband Daniel and her son Jon. She is survived by her 6 children: Penny Felker (Richard), Daniel Donaldson (Rosie), Michael Donaldson (Cassidy), Christy Schulmire (Gary), Jon Donaldson, Sally Wolfe, and Shelly Howes (Kelson). One of her greatest joys in life was her 19 grandchildren.
The funeral will be held on Thursday June, 9th 2022 at 1:00pm at the Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT. Followed by a visitation from 1:30-2:30pm.
