ROCHESTER, NY (WHEC) – Rochester’s “Top Dog” for 2021 was officially named on Sunday, and this year’s winner comes with quite a bit of backstory.
The Verona Animal Society awarded the honor to Vanessa, a mixed pit bull from Ogden. The rescue puppy is accused of biting the wife of a city council member last year.
