Riley Co. teenager charged with violent threats
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged bodily harm and have made an arrest.
Just before 9 p.m. on Saturday, police made a report of grievous bodily harm, domestic battery and criminal property damage in Ogden, according to the Riley County Police Department’s activity report.
Officials cited 18- and 44-year-old men as victims when it was reported that a 44-year-old suspect damaged the 18-year-old victim’s car and an 18-year-old suspect threatened a window in the 44-year-old victim’s car him with a knife.
Police arrested Eli Smith, 18, from Ogden on charges of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Smith is locked in the Riley County Jail with a $ 5,000 bond. The estimated total damage associated with this case is currently unknown, according to the RCPD.
