Nancy Ogden of Beaverdale has received the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center’s annual Good Catch Award.
The award recognizes when employees get in touch and quickly take action to prevent an undesirable outcome for a patient, visitor or colleague. While being assigned to a remote video monitor station, Ogden noticed a patient in medical distress through a video monitor and quickly alerted her caregivers for immediate assistance. The patient urgently received specialized care and continued to recover
Ogden has worked at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for the past 16 years, most recently as a speaker.
Russell Bopp, an attorney with the Marcus & Mack PC law firm based in Altoona, was recently selected for membership in the National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 40 Under 40 Civil Trial Lawyers.
The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 is an invitation-only organization composed of leading litigation attorneys from each state in the country who meet rigorous litigation attorney qualifications for civil plaintiffs.
