Carol G Ogden
1928-2022 In Loving Memory
Salt Lake City, Utah—On April 6th 2022, Carol G. Ogden passed away peacefully at the grand age of 93. She was preceded in death by her husband and eldest great grandchild. She had a full and wonderful life and is survived by her sister, three children, seven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
Carol was happily married to her high school sweetheart, James G. Ogden, for 64 fun-filled years until Jim passed in 2012. New Jersey born and bred, Carol and Jim became retired Utahns in 1987 to be near children and grandchildren.
Carol was an avid New York Giants fan, an animal lover and advocate, and enjoyed the occasional overnight trip to Wendover. She was well known for her numerous letters to the editor where her razor wit and Jersey attitude were quick to call out politicians and pundits for their “bad behavior.
Her kindness and humor will be forever missed by family, friends, and all creatures great and small. She lived a life of service to others and was an active member at Mount Olympus Presbyterian Church.
