Vaccinations Available At Three More Salt Lake City Walmart Stores

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Walmart announced that it has added three more stores in Salt Lake City as locations for those currently eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Starting TODAY, people aged 16 and over with certain medical conditions can receive the COVID-19 vaccine. 16- and 17-year-olds are currently only allowed to receive the Pfizer vaccination. The retail giant said the new locations are now ready to shoot alongside 18 other Sam’s Club and Walmart stores selling the Moderna vaccine.

You must first make an appointment on the Walmart COVID-19 website. The second shot is scheduled during the first vaccination appointment.

The new vaccination sites are:

  • Walmart Supercenter – 350 Hope Avenue, Salt Lake City
  • Walmart Supercenter – 3180 South 5600 West, West Valley City
  • Walmart Supercenter – 13502 Hamilton View Road, Riverton

The press release states, “Walmart is hosting vaccine events in locations where access for the most vulnerable and operational skills are a priority.”
